After
the end of spring migration in June the Pomorie lagoon is inhabited only by birds breeding
in the coastal lagoon
and habitats along the Black Sea. Here my target species were Sandwich Tern and a dragonfly species occurring
mainly in salt marshes and lagoons of the Black Sea.

This Dark Spreadwing (Lestes macrostigma) observed in salt marsh near Pomorie saltpans perched on the coastal vegetation.
