Melnik pyramids - spring observations from the southern regions

Posted by Rossen

The area around the Melnik pyramids  is one of the most interesting places for birdwatching in Bulgaria, not only because of attractive landscape, but also because of the large number of biome restricted species typical of the Mediterranean area. In the region can be observed species, such as Masked Shrike,  Black-eared Wheatear, Olive-tree Warbler and others.
